If you are paying by Money Orders, Draft, or Cash, the orders are processed immediately.

If you are paying by Personal Check (US customers only) orders are processed only after the check is cleared--this could take upto 10 business days.

When mailing or faxing your order, you can avoid delays by paying attention to some of the commonly made mistakes.

1. Write your name and shipping address very clearly and double check. Type if possible.

2. Always mention the product you want. Too often we see customers sending money but they do not mention what they want.

3. Always include both email and phone number if possible.

4. Try sending MO or Draft because they are processed immediately. You can send personal checks but the order will not be processed until the check is cleared. Foreign Money Orders or Drafts must be payable at a US bank only.
