![]() The ingredients for each product are entirely different but because most herbs are greenish in color they all approximately look like the pictures below.
The following steps are an elaboration of procedures printed on product packaging. These are meant to help you understand better our products and their method of usage. These are updated regularly so follow them in conjunction with instructions on package.
![]() For all products that come with an herbal pack and a gel (aloe vera or cucumber gel) Empty an entire package of herbal blend into a bowl, add entire 100 ml of gel and 100 ml water. Mix the contents until it becomes a jelly-like paste. The paste must be refrigerated preferably in an air-tight container. For Haircare Products(Henna Haircare and Total Haircare): Empty an entire package of herbal blend into a bowl, add entire 100 ml of gel and 100 ml water. Mix the contents until it becomes a jelly-like paste. The paste must be refrigerated preferably in an air-tight container. For Hibiscus Powder: Empty an entire pack of hibiscus powder into a bowl and add 200 ml of water and mix until it becomes a paste. Back to Top ![]() Required quantity per usage varies from person to person depending on the number of areas the paste is being applied on. After you use it once or twice you will automatically know how much you will need each time. If you mixed too much the first time, there is no need to worry. Simply refrigerate the unused portion and use it next time. Back to Top ![]() For all skincare products (including superfluos hair): Take required amount of paste before each usage and add half-to-one teaspoon of milk and mix with the paste. Remember NOT to add milk to the entire paste (see Step 1)--you have to add only to the quantity you are using each time. You may also add a teaspoon of honey. It is not an absolute necessity to add milk or honey but both are excellent natural cleansers and they help with the penetration of herbal oils into the skin. You can add any kind of milk (whole, skim etc), and you could even substitute with plain yogurt if you like. Back to Top ![]() For application on body: (stretch marks, spots and blemishes, white skin patches) Clean the affected areas with warm water to open the skin pores. You could also use it immediately after the shower. Apply gently over the areas and massage thoroughly in circular motion for at least 5 minutes. Add a few drops of water if the paste becomes dry during massage. Some paste gets absorbed by the skin and begins to dry because the skin is absorbning the oils and moisture from the paste. Leave the paste on for about 30 minutes or until completely dried out and then rinse with warm water. See rinsing tips below. For application on face: (dark circles, pimples, wrinkles, oily and dry skin facials, glowing complexion): Wash face thoroughly with warm water. For best results a facial steam bath is also recommended because steam opens up skin pores and facilitates deeper penetration and absorbtion of herbal oils. Facial steam bath can be done in the following way. Facial Steam Bath: Boil some water in a pan. Keep the flame low and bring your face just close enough to feel the vapours. Do it for about 3 minutes or until you feel the facial skin moist and soft. Dark Circles and Wrinkles: After the steam bath apply a thin layer of paste over the dark circles or wrinkles area. Gently massage for a couple of minutes and then apply another layer just thick enough to conceal the dark circles or wrinkles. Leave it on for about 30 minutes or until the paste becomes completely dry. Then follow the rinsing procedures in Step 5. Pimples: After the steam bath apply a thin layer of paste all over the face. Then gently dab some more paste on the pimples until they are completely covered with paste. Leave it on for about 30 minutes or until the paste becomes completely dry. Then simply rinse the paste off. Oily and Dry Skin Facials and Glowing Complexion: Apply the paste all over the face until all the skin is covered. Let it dry completely and then follow the rinsing procedures in step 5. Back to Top ![]() The following rinsing procedure will help get the maximum benefit from herbs. Instead of simply washing the paste off, first dab the dried paste with water to make it wet. Then slowly move the paste with fingers in circular motion as you massage and remove the paste at the same time. When paste dries out again just rinse it off with warm water. This way the skin will completely absorb all the oils from the herbs. DO NOT wash with soap for at least an hour--that will wash away the herbal oils and juices the skin just absorbed. Back to Top ![]() There are absolutely no side effects to our products. You may sometimes see some redness on the areas where you have applied the paste because herbs stimulate skin cells. It is very normal especially among caucasians and for those with very sensitive skin. There is no reason to worry and redness will disappear soon. If redness or irritation persists, then please discontinue using the product. Back to Top |
